ThisWorks EOR Services helps companies hire and employ international talent without the need to establish local legal entities. We provide Employer of Record (EOR) services across the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, South Africa and Canada. From employment contracts and payroll administration to local HR compliance and ongoing employee support, we take care of the practical and legal aspects of international employment. Beyond EOR, we also assist with work visas, residence permits and immigration procedures, helping businesses navigate the complexities of international hiring and relocation. What makes ThisWorks different is our personal approach. We combine local employment expertise with dedicated support and direct communication. Whether it's onboarding a new employee, handling monthly payroll or answering everyday HR questions, our team supports both employers and employees throughout the employment relationship. Whether you're making your first international hire or expanding your team across multiple countries, ThisWorks makes international employment simpler, more transparent and easier to manage.
