Firms can start from what they already have. Upload an existing vendor spreadsheet, or upload contracts and let ThirdNexa propose the vendor record for your review and confirmation. From there, ThirdNexa organizes the reading, chasing and paperwork: it pulls relevant contract clauses with citations, sends and tracks due-diligence questionnaires, schedules reviews on the cadence your CCO sets, and records findings and follow-up tasks. Your compliance team makes, and signs, every decision. ThirdNexa never approves a vendor or assigns a risk outcome on its own; it prepares the evidence so your people can decide faster. Every change to vendors, reviews, findings, documents, contracts, tasks and incidents is written to a server-side, append-only activity history with before-and-after values — useful when examiners ask who did what and when. Evidence packs and reports can be exported for exams and board reporting. Consultancies get one workspace across all their client firms, with each client's records kept separate and each client's authorized officer retaining approvals.
