Our dedicated team was consistently responsive and available whenever issues came up. Planned meetings were well structured and stayed focused on the tasks at hand. When we didn’t reach our goals, they were almost always willing to stay overtime or make themselves available for a follow-up session to ensure the issues were fully addressed. What do you dislike about Third Wave Business Systems? The fact that Ascarii, a UK-based company, was used as a subcontractor for some of Third Wave’s work sometimes complicated things, mainly because of the large time zone difference between Summer Fridays (in LA) and Ascarii. From the very beginning, they were a pleasure to work with and quickly became our clear favorite during the RFP and vendor selection process. On a project like this, issues are bound to come up, but their prompt, focused attention to resolving problems as they emerged helped minimize delays and ultimately get us over the finish line. I miss working with the former CEO. She was great, took really good care of our business needs. Unfortunitly she retired and i have not formed a relationship with the new leader of the company. They are deffinitly not the cheapest when it comes to dollars per hour. But we have always received a good value for the dollars we spent on consulting. They have an excellent team of rescources. Third Wave Business handles our SAP Business One maintance, intigrations, upgrades and enhancements. Our company also uses several addons created by TWBS that have become critical to our business processes. These include APP, intigrated credit card processing and BizWeaver automation.
