As a power user of SAP Business One, I can count on thiere support to be timely when I need them, and solve the promblm as quickly as possible. Speed of response to service tickets. Troubleshooting support. Customer service orientation and patience when offering support to those on our team who don't have a technical background. For issues that have arisen that seem to repeat frequently, I feel like we haven't gotten enough root cause analysis so we can prevent the issue from happening over and over again. I think the team there is solid, has strong knowledge of SAP, and as long as there is alignment between what they can offer and your needs, it's worth exploring. Would be nice to be able to just send off an email with any issues to a dedicated support person or a group. The out of the box SAP B1 forms did not have the fields and information we needed for our business, but by using APP we were able to put all the information needed on the different marketing documents as well as create queries using these new fields. I’m pleased to inform you that our previous SAP system had some challenges with logging in remote users, which impacted our efficiency. However, since transitioning to our new cloud-based SAP system, we have seen significant improvements. I like Third Wave Business systems as they are able to either come up with solutions or have suggested partners we can work with that will help our business. For example we don't know when we should be upgrading the softwares unless something stops working or when we enhancing other programs only to find out not compatable with current SAP B1 unless we upgrade. Recommendations to others considering Third Wave Business Systems: Assuming others already have SAP B1 then I would suggest understanding what Third Wave Business Systems has to offer in terms of applications and SAP B1 services they can do vs current provider. What they have to offer is better then your current provider. Also if one of the reason for moving providers is due to poor communication and long porject lead times, I have found that Third Wave personnel get back to me promplty which is a huge plus as when systems go down you need help from a provider they will assign someone that can help you asap. Third Wave has helped us launch our SAP B1 over a decade ago and has worked to handle the constant new ways of doing business with our retailers nad integrating with their systems. Such program like Bizweaver is capable of handling our Shopify and Marketplace accounts at the moment that seems to seamlessly process the way we need it to. They provided a report writing tool (Solver) and great consultant to implement and assist with writing reports. They have provided automated programs that have greatly reduced manual labor time, reduced errors, and simply provided data we otherwise would not have had access to easily.
