What do you like best about ThinPrint?

Thinprint greatly simplifies driver management on print servers. The virtual driver for printers intercepts all standard requests and offers a robust printing solution for local and RDS environments. Additionally, there is a large knowledge base that provides excellent support during the initial setup. We use Thinprint in both small and large RDS environments, as well as in local structures. What do you dislike about ThinPrint?

Troubleshooting can quickly become very complicated and lengthy without prior training. However, Thinprint offers very good training on all relevant topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
