Not only is the user experience seamless, but the builder interface is plug-and-play, allowing courses to be setup in less than 15 minutes (for content developed ahead of time). The lack of flexibility when it comes to page layouts. While they are functional, they don't allow for enough customization - examples: limited fonts, placement options for elements, button placements, etc.. Also, the user interface feels quite antiquated in a world where consumers are so familiar with video streaming platforms. I find Thinkific is unable to meet the demands of a growing organization. The user roles are inadequate and don't protect our proprietary assets adequately. Instructors should be able to grade courses and access student data without having access to all our course materials. Additionally, there are significant issues with data reliability, where course completion data can change unexpectedly due to course modifications. Well, I'll attribute it to the exciting feature of the Thinkific extension that's present in the Plus LMS. Especially the Learning Path feature, it really made it very easy for me to build different course modules into a single bundle and making each course module a prerequisite to the next one before a learner is able to acquire certificate. And i found myself frequently using this feature to build more course bundles with ease. It's really the ease of implementation for me.

Big ups to the Thinkific Team for thinking out of the box to come up with this fantastic solution.

And you're also doing well in terms of customer support efforts, because the support staffs are usually just an email away. I remember when I strugling to add some file types to my course, then I reach out and the support I got was topnortch. It's also the ease of integration of different file types into the courses. What first attracted us to Thinkific was their course player - out of the box, it delivered the student experience we were hoping to deliver. I soon discovered that the admin experience is just as enjoyable - courses come together easily, the web builder is a good balance of ease and customizability. Basically, all the needed functionality has been thoughtfully designed into the LMS; user experience can make or break a system for me, and this is where Thinkific shines. I sometimes want support in the moment, and with Thinkific, you have to send a request and wait for follow-up. This can be frustrating. The flip side is that it forces me to do my diligence, make sure I understand my problems and goals, do my research, and ask the right questions.
