Over the years, Thinkific has expanded and evolved into a more robust, education-oriented platform that facilitates the development of an educational business. I rarely, if ever, encounter issues when utilizing this platform. The integrated AI feature for constructing landing pages has significantly conserved time and eliminated uncertainties associated with adhering to the latest best practices in copywriting. The pricing structure is reasonable; however, I would prefer the AI Agent to be included in the Grow plan, as it would assist in advancing my capabilities to a level that would enable me to afford the Plus program. Zoom Integrations have been instrumental in running weekly workshops and setting up private office hours. In over 5 years, the platform has never crashed or caused techinical issues for my students. At the moment, my main concern is that, as a small business, I can’t use the AI Agent because it’s only available to Plus members. I think it would be helpful if the developers reconsidered making this feature accessible to lower-tier members as well, especially for those of us who have maintained our membership for several years. There are a number of updates to communities, tools, and subscription tiers that greatly improve the experience for both admins and end users. There are still a few apps and integrations that could greatly improve the experience, but their partners like Rob Galvin and updates have lessened the needs for these integrations. The first problem they were solving for us was the ability to purchase directly from the education platform with their own stripe integration. For both subscriptions and transactional products. Any updates, coupons, promotions, or offers were quickly implemented and updated. They solved a problem of having to support different marketing, education, support, and operations platforms. I really like the marketing part of Thinkific, especially the landing page and the layout, which is easy to follow. It gives my business credibility and looks professionally done. It matches my website and brand, fitting naturally with what we do for our overall marketing. I am impressed by how simple it was to set up, almost like a third-grade level, and was shocked at how much better it looked than my previous experience with Graphy. I found it to be super easy to use, making it the easiest platform I've ever seen for assembling an online course. It's really helpful that it's kind of like a blank canvas where I can add my own graphic header and the questions I like. Thinkific has been really helpful as a space to make a creative learning process with a landing page where people can opt in when they want and go through the curriculum at their own pace. It has been great to use Thinkific as a centralized learning platform because it saves a lot of coaching calls and face-to-face meetings. After trying a learning platform with WordPress that was too clunky and didn't have the right tools we needed, we tried Thinkific, and it worked great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Thinkific? I would like there to be a way to add better headings. For all my headers, I've had to use a different application to create a graphic image that I then import myself, rather than having a place that creates a branded template on top of every page. It remains confusing to navigate through the entire menu to set up the landing pages, and little by little they have been removing functions that were previously included in the basic package to move them to more expensive packages. I love how Thinkific creates a streamlined platform where I can manage order bumps, subscriptions, flagship, and mini courses all in one place. It's more comprehensive compared to Squarespace and Shopify. I enjoy the integration feature that allows me to connect my courses with Shopify and TikTok Shop, enabling me to reach my audience effectively and sell both virtually and in person. Thinkific's customer service is fantastic; they went above and beyond to help me when I was locked out of my account for 28 days, communicating through emails and phone calls to reactivate my site. What do you dislike about Thinkific? I wish there was an email marketing feature so I wouldn't have to pay extra for Zapier and Mailchimp, which increases my monthly budget by $40. I also wish there was embedded video recording natively into the platform or integration with Zoom without having to use link attachments. This would help not having to send so many links and reminders. After hosting 35 events on Eventbrite, I would like to host my webinars natively on my own platform on Thinkific to avoid so many fees and all my attendees' issues with signing in.
