I like how customizable Thinkific is. It's really helpful that it's kind of like a blank canvas where I can add my own graphic header and the questions I like. Thinkific has been really helpful as a space to make a creative learning process with a landing page where people can opt in when they want and go through the curriculum at their own pace. It has been great to use Thinkific as a centralized learning platform because it saves a lot of coaching calls and face-to-face meetings. I would like there to be a way to add better headings. For all my headers, I've had to use a different application to create a graphic image that I then import myself, rather than having a place that creates a branded template on top of every page. The ability to customise the course content, while also offering a range of templates ready to implement. The page builder for course pages and the front-end of the site makes it easy for beginners while also offering the flexibility for power users to edit page code. I love how Thinkific creates a streamlined platform where I can manage order bumps, subscriptions, flagship, and mini courses all in one place. It's more comprehensive compared to Squarespace and Shopify. I enjoy the integration feature that allows me to connect my courses with Shopify and TikTok Shop, enabling me to reach my audience effectively and sell both virtually and in person. I wish there was an email marketing feature so I wouldn't have to pay extra for Zapier and Mailchimp, which increases my monthly budget by $40. I also wish there was embedded video recording natively into the platform or integration with Zoom without having to use link attachments. This would help not having to send so many links and reminders. After hosting 35 events on Eventbrite, I would like to host my webinars natively on my own platform on Thinkific to avoid so many fees and all my attendees' issues with signing in. It has all the functions I need and more, so it allows us to grow as we go. Also appreciate the accessible entry level plans for starting entrepreneurs.

I built my whole homepage there, my landing pages and of course the courses we offer. Now we can also offer products, that´s a nice extra too.

I really really love that I can host my videos directly on the platform, without a limit, it makes things so much easier.

The community option is very interesting too. We´re not using it yet, but definitely will in the future.

Interface is so intuitive and I have always received helpful support, when I needed it.

I use the platform for some years now, almost daily these days, I always find what I need, creating my courses was easy and there are many very thoughtful options that save time and energy.
