I like the ability to change graphs quickly, edit labels and legends in groups vs individually, ability to create great insights! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Think-cell was hard to learn at first. I was a native user of Power BI and Excel graphs and the skills did not translate quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user-friendliness makes it very efficient, so I feel productive when I use it. I also like how it smoothly connects to Excel and PPT when implementing. I use it frequently for my Excel and PPT deliverables. The one time I have seeked customer support has been a positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the new features added (photos) over past year haven't been that relevant too me. I'd like a few more charting options if possible e.g. maps, Sankey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Think-cell allows me to adjust the formatting of an entire chart quickly and easily in one spot, where excel charts often require formatting each data series. Features like this make it easy to quickly build high-quality visuals for financial presentations. I also like the ability to define a custom color formatting scheme for each chart type. I have a custom color scheme for waterfall charts that is different than what i use for stacked bars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main issue that i run into with Think-cell is that it does require a license and we've not enrolled our entire organization. Additionally, i do sometimes have issues in shared presentations where a think cell chart will break and needs to be re-created . This used to be a more frequent issue but the frequency of this issue has fallen dramatically over the last couple of years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
