Even though PTC Thingworx is one of the best IoT platform in the market right now, still its not perfect. I feel the way we design dashboards, it could be better and more enhanced. The platform is quite comprehensive and offers many different options for getting up to speed and putting a POC IOT offering out. The support group is good about answering questions and trying to help keep a project or implementation moving forward. Our main issue with the platform had to do with trying to use it outside of what ThingWorx envisioned. In our case we were working with several different partners on a solution, and we would find we could deliver about 90% of the use case, but then we would be boxed in and find ourselves needing to reach out to support.
