It makes creating virtual reality experiences very difficult. The drag and drop interface is not user friendly which does not allows me to create 360 degree content. **What do you dislike about ThingLink360 & VR Editor?** I dislike the inability to add hotspots and annotations as it needs to adds a storytelling element, to my tours. There are a things that I find limiting about ThingLink360 & VR Editor. The customization options are somewhat limited. Theres a lack of features that would make it feel more robust. **What problems is ThingLink360 & VR Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user interface isn't very intuitive which is frustrating for beginners who are trying to learn the ropes. That being said the platform still has its merits. Its less user friendly interface and features make it unaccessible to users of all skill levels making it a poor tool. ### 2. The experience it provide is cumbersome. It does not allow me to effortlessly create tours and 360 degree images. **What do you dislike about ThingLink360 & VR Editor?** The less user friendly interface and non intuitive controls make navigation and customization difficult for me. Being unable to embed multimedia elements like audio, video and images is not good, ThingLink360 & VR Editor is a tool that does not bring my ideas to life. **What problems is ThingLink360 & VR Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have found that the interface of ThingLink360 & VR Editor needs to be more user friendly. It is sometimes confusing to navigate. The lack of features makes creating and editing VR experiences a bit difficult . ### 3. It provides less flexibility and control when presenting content for users, with smaller screens. **What do you dislike about ThingLink360 & VR Editor?** It lacks the ability to adjust the size of pop up windows that appear when interactive tags are clicked which would increase the design of tours.
