As a teacher feedback is essential. Creating a chat style for feedback can help in a number of ways. My students can be more open and deliver feedback on their own time. When filling out surveys as a member of faculty, It can consolidate and expedite the process of discovering action items, as well as insights across the data. I think that the platform is great in concept. Surveys definitely do need an overhaul to be more effective for both the business and customers.
