I enjoy that fact that the program is very user friendly. What do you dislike about TheTexting? While it is user friendly, it’s always somewhat basic. I feel like there could be more options for customizing and personalizing texts to customers. The thing I liked best about TheTexting was the SMS API. It was nice to be able to write custom scripts to send whatever messages I wanted whenever I wanted. It has a plethora of developer tools making it easily customizable for anyone who uses it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TheTexting? I did not like the delivery reports. TheTexting lacked the real time delivery reports features. This was no good as you could have the reports available at any given time. There was a decent amount of delay in the actual data and the report. I think this feature could be upgraded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is TheTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? The business problem my team solved with TheTexting was an intra team communication tool.
