Theron is a plan-building platform for gyms, personal trainers and nutritionists who need to know what every client is actually doing, not just when they booked. Build a workout plan and a nutrition plan once, assign each to the clients it fits, and track who follows it. Every member gets a single card: the plan they were given, what they logged, how consistent they were over the last seven days, when their subscription renews, and what revenue they bring. Clients get an iOS and Android app at no extra cost, with AI food scanning (photograph a plate, get calories, protein, carbs and fat), barcode scanning for packaged foods, workout logging and progress tracking. Coaches get a professional dashboard in the browser with a session calendar, reusable plan templates, pricing packages with revenue and retention figures, seat-based billing and Excel exports. Theron replaces the spreadsheet stack and the notebook without the cost or the setup of a full gym ERP. Scheduling and booking are built into the plan builder rather than being the product. Pricing is per member seat and starts at 10 seats, so it fits a single trainer as well as a multi-location gym. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card. Built in Greece, available in Greek and English, GDPR compliant.
