What do you dislike about Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS Software?

Needs to improve the ability to extract the data from the database and allow other reporting tools to be used easily from within and external to the application. Needs to have more documentation on how to setup QC in Sample Manager. The Explorer Refresh Bug also need to be fixed in version 12.3 without having to upgrade to a new version. We have used the LIMS for an extended time 20+ years. In that time the functionality has grown considerably, the product allows the continuing use of legacy functionality while combining new features and technologies to grow functionality and features.
