In our implementation so far we have seen the most value from the LES methods which are able to be completed much faster than the old methods of using pen and paper and transcribing to our old lab system. I think there are some features where the designers haven't thought about end use (i.e. SQC charts you can't add comments from display view which is where you are going to be looking at them).
