I like the speed with which Thera processes service orders and payments. When the company generates a payment order, that order is processed, the balance is credited to the Thera wallet, and it is sent to my bank account in Brazil within a few hours. This is great. I think that the biggest problem with Thera is the discounts related to currency conversion. When I get paid in US dollars and convert it to Brazilian reais, a lot of money is deducted. Sometimes the exchange rate makes it seem like I'll get a certain amount, but due to these discounts, it can be a significant loss. I wish there was a way to decrease the discounts on the conversion because it makes me reconsider continuing with Thera and think about finding another company to handle the transactions.
