THENEKAS is a Transportation Management System (TMS) for trucking companies of any size — from owner-operators to large fleets — that dispatch loads, manage drivers, track money, and need enterprise-grade security built in from day one. It replaces paper-based dispatch, spreadsheets, and stitched-together tools with one platform: native mobile apps for drivers, a full web workspace for dispatchers and owners, AI-powered document processing, truck routing with real restrictions (bridges, weight limits, hazmat), and real-time visibility across the entire operation. Key features include: - Load management and dispatch with AI-powered rate confirmation parsing - Native iOS and Android driver apps with real-time sync - Truck routing with HERE Maps (height, weight, hazmat, tolls, fuel) - AI document scanning (BOL, POD) - Driver settlements, invoicing, and expense tracking - QuickBooks Online, TT ELD, and FMCSA integrations - Enterprise-grade security: 2FA, Passkeys, IP allowlisting, and detailed audit logs.
