I gotta say everyone has been great, My team of Sams have been nothing but wonderful the whole ride through. I don't know where I would be without them in life. Not just business but life. Thank you Sams! Or can I say Sam Square? I don't know but thank you! **What do you dislike about TheHOTH?** It was when there was a billing mistake on TheHoth's behalf and it wasn't corrected for a few months and they expected me to foot the bill. I'm sorry but it's your mistake. Own it. The Hoth is steadily raising prices, especially without knowledge, actually slowly pricing me out as a customer altogether. **Recommendations to others considering TheHOTH:** The Hoth has been reliable to me but over the years they are getting less and less reliable and communication lacks. Espeically when they removed packages and products you're offering to customers. **What problems is TheHOTH solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Hoth has been helping us with overflow work. They keyword research tool provides amazing insight into your online presence, what brings traffic etc. The backlink services have multiple categories and are served very fast and strategically. **What do you dislike about TheHOTH?** The paid services are bit expensive for starters and maybe even for the medium size businesses. However, they keep coming up with promotions from time to time. **Recommendations to others considering TheHOTH:** Use the free tools, try the backlink-building services. Can also try content writing etc if you have a budget. **What problems is TheHOTH solving and how is that benefiting you?** THEHOTH provides SEO services for all kinds of online businesses.
