TheBestEOR helps payroll directors, HR and finance teams compare employer of record (EOR) providers, assess proposals and plan international hiring. Its provider reviews, pricing comparisons, country hiring guides and calculators help teams evaluate provider fees, employment costs, country coverage, contract terms and payroll requirements. Free provider matching gives buyers three recommendations based on their countries, team size and requirements, with reasons for each recommendation. Matching covers EOR, US professional employer organizations (PEOs), global payroll, Contractor of Record, recruitment, employee benefits and company incorporation. Calls and introductions are optional, and buyers approve the sharing of their contact details. Paid consulting includes EOR Audit, EOR Switch and EOR RFP. Audits review current charges, payroll records, contracts and service arrangements. Switching projects address employee terms, payroll dates and provider handovers. RFP support helps teams define requirements, compare proposals and document their provider selection. The scope and fixed project fee are agreed before work starts. TheBestEOR provides research, matching and consulting. Employment and payroll services are delivered and charged for by the selected provider. TheBestEOR may receive commissions or referral fees through its links or introductions.
