Digital-first growth starts at The Weather in Berlin. We're a creative and technology agency focused on standout design, strategic development, branding and practical AI that helps ambitious organisations go further. We believe digital experiences should not only look good but also deliver measurable results that move businesses forward. From startups shaping their first online presence to established enterprises looking for new momentum, we design and build websites, applications, AI tools and brand identities that scale with ambition. Every project combines clear design, smart technical choices and a deep understanding of user experience. That makes our solutions easy to maintain, ready for future needs and built with performance in mind. Over the years, we've delivered more than two hundred digital projects across technology, SaaS, sustainability, NGOs and international organisations. Our clients trust us to turn complexity into accessible digital platforms and brand stories that resonate. The Weather's services span web design, development, UI/UX, content strategy, brand creation, motion and 3D design, and AI development, from strategy and prototypes to AI agents and LLM integration. With each collaboration, we focus on long-term impact, so every launch is more than a milestone: it's a foundation for growth.
