**What do you like best about The Volunteer Reporter?**

The Volunteer Reporter used to be a frequently used tool for us to report volunteer hours and activities completed monthly, and keep track of volunteer service hours for national recognition.

**What do you dislike about The Volunteer Reporter?**

It was difficult to export or integrate with other softwares, customer support was LACKING, and it was not easy to access as it could only be downloaded for access on certain devices and for one user at a time. The price point is almost double that for other volunteer databases we researched.

**What problems is The Volunteer Reporter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Volunteer Reporter solved our issue for electronically tallying and documenting volunteer hours that were turned in to our volunteer program. It would also keep records for current volunteers as well as volunteers who had been discharged from the system.

It is tailored specifically around a grant program so some of the reporting/metrics are very niche.

**What do you dislike about The Volunteer Reporter?**

Everything else. This system is not user friendly and is very clunky to use.

**Recommendations to others considering The Volunteer Reporter:**

If you have any alternative, I recommend going with that!

**What problems is The Volunteer Reporter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve the need to have a database system to manage volunteers.
