Taking role through Studio Director is super simple, and the software is quick. It's straightforward to log in at the beginning of class, quickly take role, and move on! Sometimes they need more lines open to serve people faster, sometimes it can take a day or two to get called back, but once I get a live person, my problem gets address really quickly. They are very open to creating new reports programming to address the specific reporting needs of my studio. They also created a unique tuition billing system that fit our needs also.
