**What do you like best about The Retail Solution?**

This was the first program we tried, and the alternatives were significantly more expensive. IT was a small company which had its plusses and minuses. At the time we thought it was a good fit for the business.

**What do you dislike about The Retail Solution?**

Granted, we started with TRS in the '90s,  originally a dos program, their switch to Windows was a nightmare. Staying with the program was a matter of cost. It was better than nothing. We struggled with tech support and bandaid fixes for many years. Finally, we switched to another scope of program, which changed our business for the better.

**What problems is The Retail Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer use the program.
