The ability to manage content and the way those license tiers changes was disruptive. Using The Reporting Hub with Auth0 has been difficult to get support as you are never sure where the one product's scope of control starts and stops. I appreciate that The Reporting Hub eliminates the need for a Power BI Premium license for each company member, which is a significant benefit. The ability to organize and categorize in a structured way while being compatible with Azure for authentication and role-level security is important to me. I find the portal itself to be a great feature, and I like that the response time for Power BI reports in the Fabric environment is good.
