The Reference Checker is employment verification software that automates reference checking for recruitment teams. The platform streamlines the process with automated emails prompting referees to complete requests, eliminating manual follow-ups. An anti-fraud algorithm helps detect whether references are genuine, enhancing security during hiring. Email communications can be customized for consistent branding and messaging. The platform generates branded PDF references with digital signatures for compliance purposes. Advanced reporting provides metrics by teams and users. Two modes are available: direct reference requests managed by recruitment teams or traditional requests initiated by job seekers. Reference forms are accessible on computers, tablets, and phones, with automated reminders to increase completion rates. Free setup, training, and ongoing support are included. The software handles diverse reference types across various sectors.
