The Receptionist, though an initial outlay of an expense is still way more cost effective than staffing an otherwise empty office with additional people to simply sit and greet Clients. The Setup is simple for those who are tech savvy it should be a breeze!! The customer facing display is attractive and helps to deliver an appropriate expectation and message. Setting up a vertical slice to show my boss took about 15 minutes, and it took our marketing guy about as much time to match the software's aesthetic to our location. Everything that we wanted to customize was customizable, and the interface was extremely intuitive. I love The Receptionist, it allows our front desk security guards to focus on the security aspect of their job of checking ID's and it allows for screening of unexpected visitors for our employees. Ease of use. From an Administrator viewpoint, the setup and configuration could not be more intuitive and straight forward. That same experience is carried over to the local site administrator and finally down to the end-user. The app is easy to use and provides flexibility in setting up components for your organization. I like that as an organization, managers can verify staff and provide guidance on how many staff are in the office at a time. I do not like how contactless check-in covers the screen and lingers for an extended time. I prefer our company logo background to remain prominent. Other than the amazing customer service? Everything! This setup has made our companies check in process so much more efficient and looks incredibly professional. We were set up within minutes and the staff is constantly checking in on us to make sure we are runnin' smooth! This product helped us to be ITAR compliant and that's huge! Being a machine shop in the Aerospace industry requires us to comply with a lot of regulations. So no longer having an unprofessional looking binder out on the counter and having this really slick looking check in process really elevates our shop into the 21st century!
