I would not call this a dislike but I wish there were more options such as:
- Being able to customize texts such as
- Call options for visitors- If the office personnel does not respond via text then they receive an automated call from Receptionist # for an additional alert.
- Custom voice messages for greetings etc e.g. "Welcome to UTIL Canada, please use this two-way chat option on iPad to chat with the person whom you want to meet today!" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
