The Real Time App is real estate transaction management software for agents, transaction coordinators and boutique brokerages. Every property gets a live timeline from contract to close: deadlines derive from the executed and closing dates, tasks and reminders follow automatically, and the calendar, to-do list and client app all read from the same record. Forms and e-signatures are built in. The TREC forms library fills from the transaction, sends for signature from the same screen, and files the signed copy back into the file. Clients sign in the free Real Time client app or from an emailed link with a one-time code; agents sign in the app. No separate e-signature subscription. Clients get their own app showing transaction progress, documents and signature requests, so agents field fewer "any update?" messages. Commission tracking lives on the transaction, with pipeline totals, cap progress and splits computed as deals move. Brokerages add compliance checklists, file review with an audit trail, commission plans and disbursement authorizations, agent oversight and referral tracking. Transaction coordinators work inside an agent's account under their own login with full attribution. Integrations: Follow Up Boss (deal stages update as transactions progress) and MLS lookup to prefill new properties. Available on web, iOS and Android.
