They've been at the top of the quiz software game for years, but now that they're blending in AI, there's no other choice. There's lots to like about Interact. The platform makes it easy to create quizzes that generate leads. For affiliate marketers, these quizzes can be used to generate revenue as well. The user interface is one of the best we've seen and it's very intuitive. What we've found is one of the biggest barriers to entry with quizzes is actually creating them. Thanks to a library of templates and done-for-you quizzes created by AI, Interact removes this barrier to entry. There's plenty of integrations with extermal platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, etc.) , detailed analytics, branch logic, and more. It's a good fit for teams as well. There are too many cons to using this service, making it difficult to think of any positive features. Tryinteract used to be an ok service before they changed their plans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Interact? I purchased the TryInteract Lite annual plan, which came with 60.000/leads per year. 2 months into my plan I got an email that I need to upgrade to the next plan since I reached 10.000 leads?!. Tryinteract basically changed their plan levels without notifying me, not fulfilling their contractual obligations. When I reached out to clarify, the (until then non-existent customer service, they never replied to any of my emails before) replied with a short 1-liner, not answering my question, but stating that I agreed with their "terms and conditions" and was sent a link to their terms and conditions. I checked those terms and conditions (you can find them on their website), and there is no mention of plan changes. I didn't expect a company with this visibility to adopt sneaky tactics to pump their revenue 👎 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
