What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

PI has been helpful at our company for numerous reasons -- hiring, leadership training/development, and team building. I appreciate all the research that has gone into developing predictive index and the 17 reference profiles. In addition, we have the best customer support rep who goes above and beyond to answer all of our questions.

The platform is easy to use and presents a great layout for the graphs for ease of understanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how personalized it can be and how many options there are for using the data. People really enjoy getting into the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

Some aspects of it are a little vague and I'd love to see more detail - such as the interpersonal one to one relationship analysis. I'd also love to see info about people who are in the same reference profile but slightly different patterns within that profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
