"A Very Cool Way to Hire & Work with your Team"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

It's only 2 questions. Job Seekers/Applicants have assessment burnout so being able to tell them it's only 2 questions and takes a couple of minutes gets good feedback & response rate. For hiring it tells you about the type of person they are and lets you help determine if they'd be a good match for the role you're hiring. Once they're hired it's amazing as a tool for how to work together one on one and as a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

This is a great way to review candidates prior to hiring. The behavioural and cognitive reports provide great insight into how a candidate will fit within the team and how quickly they will be able to learn their responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would add a feature that allows deeper analysis into the candidate's fit into the role. Getting a deeper understanding into how they will be able to perform those duties. It would be good to remind everyone once every 6 months to update the expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
