"One of the BEST hiring tools out there!"
5/5
What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

We highly value how PI categorizes the survey into four key areas, providing a clear and comprehensive analysis of candidates' strengths and weaknesses in relation to job requirements. This tool allows us to efficiently and effectively streamline our hiring process by narrowing down our applicant pool with precision. Additionally, PI is incredibly user-friendly and seamlessly integrates into our recruitment workflow, as we utilize it for all applicants. Given its effectiveness and ease of use, we strongly recommend PI to companies seeking a reliable and data-driven approach to hiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

Only recommendation would be a full functioning App that can be used on a Phone and a Tablet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Predictive Insight is incredibly insightful and easy to use!"
5/5
What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

I love how easy to use the platform is with so many resources available to make full use of the Predictive Index. The support team is incredibly helpful as well. The tool itself is so insightful and can be used in multiple ways - from training/coaching, hiring right for the role & your team, and understanding an individual's strengths and where they can further improve and also building balanced teams and workplaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

Not a downside but there is a lot of training involved in learning how to read a PI which can make it harder for others in the organizations to have a deep level of knowledge on PI as it's usually held with the experts who have had training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shefali Lohia of The Predictive Index

Thanks for the wonderful review! We’re so glad The Predictive Index is helping your team with hiring, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development. We hear you on the training—it can take time to build deep expertise, but we’re always working to make the platform and resources more accessible across organizations. Grateful to have you in the PI community!

"Smarter Relationships"
5/5
What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

Beyond the better hiring, the PI platform helps us with better communication throughout the organization. The more you leverage the PI Platofrm and PI Learn, the more authentic the communication is between peers, managers, owners, and clients. Our PI consultant is always available to help and guide us whenever we need her. The insight into people is extremely helpful and on point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

The implementation takes longer than expected. It is ALL necessary, and the more upfront work you do, the better the tool, but is is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shefali Lohia of The Predictive Index

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re so glad The Predictive Index—and especially tools like PI Learn and the Relationship Guide—have helped strengthen communication and bridge gaps across your organization. We hear you on the time commitment up front, and we appreciate your investment in making the most of the platform. It’s great to know your PI consultant has been a helpful guide along the way!

"The results are accurate!"
5/5
What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

The primary reason we use the PI for evaluating candidates is the accuracy of the results. It informs us about details of their character, likes/dislikes, as they relate to the job. We use it for EVERY candidate that we are considering. It's a nicely built site that is easy for me to create a new candidate profile and when needed, a job. We're not yet using the full suite of features, but considering it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

We're not using the full suite yet, so, I'm unaware of all the possible features. For example, I'd be curious if they have technical skill assessments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shefali Lohia of The Predictive Index

Thanks for the great review, Monika! We’re glad The Predictive Index is helping your team make more informed hiring decisions and that the platform feels easy to use. It’s exciting to hear you’re considering exploring more features—we recommend reaching out to your PI consultant or our Support Team to learn what’s available and what might support your goals. Thanks for sharing your experience!

"Amazingly accurate, convenient and simple"
5/5
What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

The process for both applicants and reviewers is quick and easy; the accuracy with which applicants are identified; the insights into strengths and weaknesses, plus the tips on communication and interview questions...all of these make the Predictive Index a superior tool for recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

I would like this to be specifically formatted for my company and the role I hire for instead of "sales" in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helping Our Organization Unlocking Human Potential: A Deep Dive into the Predictive Index"
5/5
What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

The Predictive Index excels in providing objective, data-backed insights into employee behavior, motivation, and cognitive abilities. The assessments—typically the Behavioral Assessment and the Cognitive Assessment—offer a comprehensive view of an individual's working style, preferences, and problem-solving abilities. This helps employers make more informed decisions regarding hiring, team dynamics, and leadership development.

Whether you’re a small business or a large corporation, PI offers flexibility. The platform provides a range of customizable features, including tailored job profiles, which can match candidates to specific roles based on their behavioral traits. Additionally, as companies grow, PI’s scalability makes it a viable solution for evolving organizational needs.

One of PI's standout features is its ability to enhance team dynamics. By identifying behavioral patterns, it allows organizations to construct more effective teams, balancing personality types, skill sets, and work styles. This results in better collaboration, reduced conflict, and increased overall productivity.

Despite the complex data analysis behind it, the PI platform is impressively user-friendly. It offers clear visualizations and actionable insights that are easy for HR professionals, managers, and leaders to interpret. This accessibility makes it easier to incorporate into existing workflows without requiring deep technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

While the user interface is intuitive, mastering the full potential of PI’s suite of features does come with a slight learning curve. HR professionals or managers unfamiliar with psychometric testing may need some time to fully understand and implement the tool effectively.

PI is highly quantitative, and while this offers objectivity, it can sometimes lack the nuanced understanding that qualitative assessments (such as interviews or peer reviews) can provide. Relying solely on PI may lead to overlooking important context, such as emotional intelligence or specific job-related skills.

For smaller businesses or startups, PI's pricing may be a barrier. The platform can be pricey, especially for organizations that want to use its full suite of services, including advanced analytics and custom solutions. While the return on investment can be significant, the upfront cost may not be justifiable for all companies.

While PI is incredibly useful for many industries, it’s not a perfect fit for every organization. Businesses with highly specialized needs, or those in creative or non-traditional sectors, may find its framework less adaptable to their specific culture or recruitment processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shefali Lohia of The Predictive Index

We're always looking to improve, and we welcome user input—so feel free to share your thoughts with your PI consultant or our Support Team.
