What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

Predictive Index has been extremely helpful in recruiting new hires. It helps answer some of the unknowns and allows us to get to know the people we are interviewing. The Predictive Index allows us to see how a candidate's personality will fit into the scope of responsibilities for a specific role. It provides a broader perspective of how a candidate will interact with team members or with solo responsibilities to provide better insight into hiring decision making. It's taken some time to really understand the ins and outs of the software and the UX could be a bit stronger. Eg. linking candidate responses with a particular job model always seems to be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

I've been using PI off and on at different organizations for many years. I had the privilege to roll it out at the current organization and our whole team is excited to have this tool. From the initial call to the roll AND continued support for the PI team, things have been fantastic. I feel that the PI team is an extension of our organization! Provides people easy to use tools, approved by dozens of global regulatory agencies, to support all aspects of hiring, developing, and then sunsetting an employee. Talent Optimization and create a real Talent Strategy. Learn how to Hire, Inspire, Design (great Teams), Perform (individual action plans) and Diagnose (organizational issues) in order to unlock the hidden genius of your people. Envision a work envrionment with no drama, everyone is glad to be there, few disruptions and transparency to peoples needs and business goals and objectives. Using a fully successful and repeatable process that walks you through every step of the process. On-Line Learning to support education and implementation. We use this tool constantly, multiple times a day. And ease of use, I am so glad you asked, a team of Certified and Experienced Partners that will ease the learning and improve the integration of PI to help everyone succeed in their endeavors.
