This is a great way to review candidates prior to hiring. The behavioural and cognitive reports provide great insight into how a candidate will fit within the team and how quickly they will be able to learn their responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The employees of The Predictive Index are very helpful, but what we like least is that there are additional fees for a deeper dive into training.
