Oh my goodness, where do I began?? He was soooooo incredibly patient with me. Any obstacles, such as zoom download vs. browser, he found quick solutions. He didn't just give me a quick answer to bandaid the problem. He wanted to fully understand my issue to make sure he gave me the best answer! Setting up was fairly easy. The customer support team had my back on a daily basis on varied topics as I continued to build out the Loan Servicing system. They get back to me quickly and with great guidance and expertise. Since we went live, I've learned ways to maneuver around the software to create reports as I need them. The automation on all the various locations a loan payment has to go. From P&I to the lender to service fee to the broker. Escrow funds route straight to the impound account and a check gets cut automatically for the Vendor charges.
