First of all, our account manager Courtney was INCREDIBLE through the whole process. She was so knowledgable and just a pleasure to work with. The site occasionally wouldn't let me know if someone had withdrawn so I'd go to do a call and nobody would be there - BUT out of the large number of candidates I screened, probably only 2-3 times this happened.
