**What do you like best about Allo?**

What I appreciate the most is the ability to keep a French number while working from abroad. Thanks to this, I remain easily reachable by my clients and can make calls with excellent quality. The setup is quick, the interface is intuitive, and the solution proves to be reliable on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

Not much to report. A few additional features for advanced users would be a real plus, even though, as it stands, the product already perfectly meets my needs.

**What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allo allows me to work with my French clients while being based in Colombia. Having a French number makes communication easier and allows me to remain reachable under the same conditions as if I were in France. I use this service daily for my professional calls: it allows me to work efficiently without having to subscribe to a phone line in France.

Honestly, there’s not much to add—I’m very satisfied with the software!

**What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating the Allo solution into our software has made me much more efficient when handling calls and taking notes. I can focus fully on what the client is saying without worrying about missing any important details. It’s been a really great experience.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

Having an AI assistant. Being able to not worry about unanswered calls are great.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

The onboarding and support experience has been a disaster, specifically regarding number porting and platform stability.

Broken Porting Logic: My number port finally went through after a long wait, but the system failed to migrate my settings from the temporary number to the ported number as promised. Even worse, the platform is now in a "zombie state" where any attempt to update the settings on my ported number fails—the UI simply reverts to defaults without saving, leaving me with a professional business line that I cannot configure.

Non-Existent Support: I have been waiting over 5 days for a response from the support and porting teams. For a service that is meant to be the "front door" of my business, a 5-day silence on a critical ticket is completely unacceptable.

Failed Integrations: I chose Allo for its automation potential, but the Zapier integration is currently non-functional for my account. Without support to troubleshoot the API connection, the primary value proposition of the software—automated ticket creation and workflow—is useless.

Reliability Gap: You cannot trust a "concierge" service that you can't actually manage. If you are an MSP or a business owner where every call counts, be warned: if something goes wrong during setup, you are on your own.

Right now, it is not solving any problems, it is just creating more.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I switched to Allo because the prices are realistic for a solopreneur and it works really well. I've been using it every day for 2 weeks. The implementation is super simple. You can use it either as a web app from a browser or from the Windows application. In both cases, the usage is ultra simple. The AI call summaries are almost instantaneous and the platform's design makes it super easy to use. Moreover, the growing number of integrations with different CRMs on the market makes it an essential tool. Special mention to Allo's customer service, Adrien and Léo, who are super responsive and do everything they can to satisfy customers. It's a big positive point and it's what some of their competitors lack!

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

Having tested Aircall and Ringover, Allo truly ranks at the top of the list! While Aircall works really well but is super expensive, Ringover is just as expensive as Aircall but has terrible customer service and a platform that frankly leaves much to be desired, it's really a mess! In fact, in both cases, if you are a solo user, like me, these two platforms completely shut the door on you and do not allow you to use them. It's been 2 months now since Ringover promised me a quote to be able to purchase a new virtual number starting with 07. I'm still waiting...

Allo is a solution tailored for freelance sales. The plan is suitable for a solopreneur and includes all the very expensive options offered by their competitors!

What I particularly appreciate about Allo are the call summaries and the ability to search through different calls to obtain a summary of recurring patterns in the exchanges.

It happens that the connection is of poor quality, but this seems to be the case with all VOIP tools.

**What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hello allows me to ensure follow-up with my salespeople, as I handle prospecting, qualification, as well as follow-up and tracking of all our prospects and clients. This tool offers effective tracking and facilitates communication within the team. Now, I no longer have to deal with discussions like: "Oh, but you didn't qualify him enough," "By the way, what is his need?" or "Are you really sure he accepted the appointment?".

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I love call recordings with call summaries and action recommendations. The one-click integration with the CRM Nextlead.app is great. It allows me to set up my Allô API key, and then all calls and messages with my contacts are sent directly there with transcripts, summaries, and even the recording accessible. It's an excellent time saver and creates a super powerful multichannel on my CRM. The initial setup of Allô was super simple.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

APIs could offer to retrieve conversations from a specific number to facilitate calls. Today, APIs allow retrieving a certain number of conversations but not specifically to a number, which could result in quite a few calls to specifically find a number. But it's not a big deal because it already works in a certain way!

**What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Allô integrated with my CRM Nextlead.app to easily access customer and prospect conversations. Call recordings, summaries, and action recommendations provide a valuable time-saving benefit for me and my team.

Transcribing calls is a real asset, just like the ability to easily call clients directly from our CRM. This greatly simplifies the tracking of exchanges and saves valuable time on a daily basis.

The messaging system is still a bit limited, but this remains a minor point. Apart from a few isolated bugs, the tool is generally very reliable.

Allo perfectly meets our need for a simple and centralized communication system to contact our clients. The call history, summary, and recording provide real added value in customer follow-up. Moreover, the Allo team is very attentive: feedback is taken into account and most of the reported issues are quickly resolved, which strengthens confidence in the tool.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I appreciate the fact that it is easy to use. I appreciate the fact that it records calls, transcribes them into text automatically, and I appreciate the CRM integrations. The automatic transcription of Allô allows us to provide context and more information to prepare meetings, which saves us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

Yes, there are certain features that could be improved, like the dashboard. Some missing features, especially on the standard part, are still inferior to what we currently have on Onoff Business, so that's quite unfortunate. It's really improvable. Regarding the click to call, we don't have much information on how to use it and how to install it.

**What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hello helps me integrate directly with the CRM to easily dial numbers, which speeds up my prospecting calls. I appreciate the ease of use, the automatic recording and transcription of calls, it saves me a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I appreciate the closeness with the founders of Allô that I have been able to have from the beginning, being somewhat among the pioneers of Allô since I have been a customer since their launch on Android. I mainly use the AI receptionist and AI call summary features, as well as the SMS feature which is really great to use. The customer experience has been smooth from the start, and I find that Allô solves the major problem of responsiveness, allowing both myself and my clients to remain available, even when no one answers the phone, and to keep a history thanks to the conversation summaries.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

Possibly the option to offer it as a white label.

**What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allô solves the reactivity problem and allows me, as well as my clients, to remain available thanks to its AI receptionist, even in the absence of a phone response. It keeps a call history through summaries, making it easier to search for conversations.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I really like that the team behind Allô is constantly adding new features that make sense without charging extra. We have a Slack channel with them, so we have a direct line of communication and don't need to go through a forum, email, or call to report improvements or feedback. I also value the transcription and the recording features, as well as the AI-powered tool that helps write a summary on each contact in HubSpot. It's great that all accounts are under one umbrella for a very reasonable price. The setup was very easy; my team just had to install an app and they were ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

There are some UI bugs occasionally but they are fixed within a very reasonable delay when we report them through Slack.

**What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I monitor my team's activity, analyze call quality, and understand customer contact reasons with Allô. It simplifies having a professional number per agent and managing accounts under one umbrella at a reasonable price.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I use Allô to communicate effectively with my clients and my internal team. I particularly appreciate the AI feedback that summarizes the call. The AI note-taking is essential, especially during a deal, as it guides us to the next steps and helps conclude the call. I like how you can call in two clicks without affecting our personal number. The ability to access from the computer is a real asset. I also like the features for building cascades and transfers, which are easy to implement. The integrations with our sales tools, like Attio, are very useful for having client information directly on Allô, which makes it easier to find contacts.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

Regular bugs. I receive a call transfer and once hung up, I don't have the call information. Once hung up, a call can remain displayed and I have to restart the platform. I don't always find the searched history based on the origin of the call. Numbers quickly accumulate on Allô and it is difficult to delete/add the right ones, we don't necessarily understand who we are calling and managing these numbers is sometimes difficult.

I use Allô to communicate effectively with my clients and my team, thanks to AI note-taking that accurately summarizes calls and guides us in the next steps. It's also easy to use on a computer, and the integrations with our sales tools are valuable.

I really appreciate the fact that Allô allows me to have a summary of what was said during my exchanges with my prospects. It's particularly useful for me because I don't always have time to take notes during conversations. The artificial intelligence that takes notes for me helps me a lot when I have to follow up or send appointments and links.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

What could be improved is the fact that note-taking is not always completely accurate. There are sometimes errors. Also, sometimes when I have hung up a call, Allô actually continues to run and does not end the call. So that is something that could be improved.

Hello allows me to quickly contact my prospects and have well-formulated notes on our exchanges. Artificial intelligence takes notes for me, which helps me a lot when following up or sending appointments.

The native local numbers feature has been a game-changer for our international outreach. As an AI company serving the furniture industry globally, having local phone numbers for each country has significantly increased our answer rates. The native local numbers dramatically improve our answer rates compared to international numbers. **What do you like best about Allo?**

I like that the team at Allô is great; from the first sales call to onboarding and follow-up, everything has been fast and effective. Allô offers what we were looking for at the best price on the market right now. The quality of the call is very good, which is crucial for tool adoption by our sales reps, especially when calling cold prospects who don't know us. The product is evolving fast, and we now have the possibility to add tags for calls, which helps us differentiate cold calls from deal calls, stay aligned with our targeted call volume, and improve the subsequent analysis. The initial setup was very easy; in 2 days, we started the trial, and after 1 week, we signed for a monthly subscription.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

I find the accuracy of the cold output lacking. By default in Hubspot, when landing on a voicemail, the output is flagged as 'Connected.' It leads to manual work for our team.

Allô smoothens our cold calling, reducing call time and increasing outbound calls per sales rep. Native integration with Hubspot bridges gaps in our process.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I love the functionality to redirect calls from unknown numbers to an AI voice assistant, and the transcription capabilities. Allô helps me avoid spam, automatically log requests, and transcribe them so I can easily spot what's important and what's not, and manage my calls. It's very handy that I can still put some numbers in favorites, allowing me to get calls from friends and family directly. The AI voice assistant continues to work on filtering calls from unknown numbers, which is a relief for me as a CEO, dealing with numerous spam calls each day.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

I had one issue where I couldn't find how to have some specific numbers from family and friends go directly to me instead of being directed to the AI assistant, but this was solved when Allô support advised me to use the 'favorite' feature on contacts. This feature of favoriting contacts should be easier to discover.

**What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allô helps me filter calls by avoiding spam, automatically logging and transcribing them, and allowing me to manage calls efficiently. It qualifies calls from unknown numbers with AI, ensuring important calls reach me, while transcription aids in spotting key information.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I love how Allô gives me an update after every call, providing a summary and the details of the conversation. It's great that I don't have to go back through my notes. Instead, I just click on the highlights to see what was discussed. It's amazing that Allô is both a calling software and a CRM, saving me and my team a lot of time. The calling is super fast, connects quickly, and records everything, which I find super helpful. Additionally, if I need to, I can go back to the transcript. Also, the initial setup was pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

I would say the pricing, I do want to add more team members to my Allô software. The prices are a little too much for a small business like mine. So if you can work on the prices, I think everyone will be using that, though.

I greatly appreciate Allô, as it saves me a crazy amount of time thanks to its integrated AI. I also really like the connection with my CRM, as it's a real game changer. I no longer need to take notes during calls, which allows me to be 100% with my prospects and clients. Additionally, the call quality is excellent. I found the initial setup very simple and quick.

Allô is not directly integrated into my iPhone, so from the calendar, for example, I cannot make a call; I have to copy/paste the number.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I love the stereo listening system of Allô, especially when I use headphones, because it makes the sound much clearer and cleaner, which is really great. The transcription is also excellent, as it allows me to directly copy notes for my clients from the AI transcription to Google Excel. The tool is simple to use and the security with two-factor authentication is superb. The installation is extremely easy, just notify a number or an email and enter an authentication code. And if you want, you can set up an AI messaging or something else, it's a very simple solution to use.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

Perhaps implement a dark mode because the application is constantly white and this can be tricky when the lighting is low. Another thing would be to reduce the interface to display it on a small area of the screen.

I use Allô mainly for cold calling. The interface is smooth and simple, allowing calls and transcription for my clients, which is really perfect, especially with the stereo mode that significantly improves sound clarity.

I greatly appreciate the AI aspect integrated almost everywhere in Allô, whether it's for summaries or actions to take. This makes the tool very practical on a daily basis. Moreover, the mobile application is super convenient because it allows you to continue working even when you're not in front of your computer. The initial setup of Allô was incredibly simple, just in two clicks, and the support is extremely present, which helped me a lot. It's super smooth and very, very easy to use.

For me, the major area of improvement, I would say, is the connection between tools and maximizing automation. Allô already has an API that is nice and works well, but I would like more connections with CRMs, even though they already have quite a few. Above all, I would like to be able to modify things directly in Allô, like adding the first and last name of a contact from the CRM, to avoid back and forth.

I also appreciate the responsiveness of the staff; it's nice to be able to get quick support when there's a problem or anything else.

It would be very interesting to be able to receive all messages that come from specific numbers, especially for account confirmations. For example, when I want to subscribe to something and need to confirm my phone number, I can't use the Allô number because Allô doesn't receive messages that send codes.

I like their responsiveness and the fact that they have constant updates. They always notify by email when there is an issue, and they communicate a lot with their clients. They also ask for a lot of feedback, which shows that they are trying to get closer to their customers and genuinely solve problems. They are attentive to suggestions, and it's appreciated because not all companies do that.

There is a small issue with the Allô app on my Android smartphone: it struggles to update, and I don't always have the latest calls displayed immediately. Sometimes, I have to close and reopen the app manually for it to update. In contrast, on the computer, there is no problem, I receive everything in real-time. I would also like the app to offer the possibility of accessing an appointment scheduling API so that it can be managed via my Phonolib website, which would allow clients to make appointments directly.

I really appreciate the recording feature of Allô, as well as the advice the AI gives, especially after each call. It provides a summary of the call and suggests creating automatic tasks if something related was mentioned during the call. It also tells me what I could have done better during the call.

The mapping on Allô is a problem because when I reach someone's voicemail, the result is not correctly recorded as contacted or voicemail on HubSpot. This makes it complicated to track calls and know who answered, who needs to be called back, or if it's a wrong number, without having to listen to all the calls again. Additionally, there is no option to call directly from Allô task by task, and we have to go through HubSpot on the computer, which is not convenient because it cannot be done from the phone.

Each interaction is automatically tracked, which avoids re-entry and forgetfulness, especially when making several calls a day. The interaction with my CRM allows the call to be immediately linked to the right contact and the right account. This improves the continuity of exchanges, the quality of commercial follow-up, and the reliability of reporting, while significantly reducing the administrative burden after calls.

Overall, the tool is very solid, but there are still some areas for improvement. First, some post-call actions could be even more automated or customizable (for example, statuses, tags, or CRM fields applied automatically according to the type of call). Then, the data reporting could be more flexible, especially in terms of call reporting and export, to better adapt to advanced CRM uses or external management tools. Finally, on days with high call volumes, some performance and ergonomics optimizations (shortcuts, one-click actions) would make the experience even smoother for very active sales teams. The initial installation was quite complicated at first, as we didn't have access and had issues creating accounts, but we were well assisted by the teams.

I love the integration that drew me into using Allô. It's a digital experience now, and I don't have to write calls down on pen and paper anymore. The setup is so easy that you can just hit the ground running in minutes. I also found the customer support to be pretty responsive.

I use Allô for the switchboard of my website to not miss any calls. It allows me to have a summary of the conversations without missing any information, which is super convenient. I appreciate the speed of execution and the AI transcribes the calls quite well. I have a full transcription of the conversation, but also a summary of the essential information, which allows me to get straight to the point. Moreover, the initial installation was very easy, I was there at the launch, and they fix bugs very quickly. Finally, Allô synchronizes well with my CRM HubSpot.

• Fewer interruptions → I protect my focus periods and remain responsive when necessary. This is the most important point for me and helps me daily.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I particularly appreciate the recording of each call as well as their transcription accompanied by an AI-generated summary. This greatly facilitates the tracking of call campaigns: information is quickly retrieved and forgetfulness is avoided. During the conversation, one can remain fully focused, without having to take notes, since the AI automatically generates a summary at the end of the call, which can even be integrated into our ERP Odoo. The setup is also simple and quick, making the tool very pleasant to use.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

I would like a better connection and better management of call logs, especially with Odoo.

I use Allô for call management, tracking prospecting campaigns, as well as call transcription and recording. This allows for better tracking, quickly finding information, not forgetting anything, and focusing directly on the conversation.

I love the transcription system, the computer application that allows making calls from the computer and synchronization with HubSpot. It's quite simple to use, it sets up in just a few minutes, and it's extremely powerful. Moreover, it is easy to set up and is available on all my team's phones, which allows for efficient management of calls and transcriptions.

Sometimes there are a few small recording bugs and the call system does not always ring.

Hello helps me manage my calls with an automatic voicemail, transcribe my sales agents' calls, and synchronize everything with HubSpot, which saves me time. It also prevents time loss for me and my salespeople by avoiding the manual transcription of calls.

I appreciate Allô's multi-device interface, which allows me to use it on my Mac as well as on my phone. I particularly like the summary generation that allows me to stay in touch with my contacts, whether I'm outside or at the office. I can find the summaries of my calls directly on my smartphone or on the PC, which is very convenient.

Today, there is no possibility to send MMS, which is unfortunate. Because some customers need to send a photo to illustrate their after-sales service issues.

I use Allô to assist my clients in pre-sales and post-sales. Its intuitive interface and voice server efficiently direct calls, and the clear history helps to resume cases. The multi-device compatibility and summary generation allow me to stay connected and organized.

**What do you like best about Allo?**

I love using Allô to receive calls from my clients, which helps me enormously in my communication. I find the artificial intelligence particularly appreciable, as it has the ability to respond to my clients during my absences, ensuring continuity of service and greatly improving the management of my business. Moreover, the initial installation of Allô was very easy, which allowed me to start quickly without complications. I am also satisfied to the point that I would recommend Allô to a friend or colleague with a score of 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Allo?**

The fact that there are outages sometimes doesn't really help to guarantee customer service at all times for me. The outages mean that I don't receive calls.

I use Allô to receive calls from my clients, which improves communication and speeds up information processing. Artificial intelligence answers my clients in my absence.
