I created an email and sent it to only 3,000 out of 24,000 emails. I bought their paid package to send emails, but on my very first email campaign, they terminated my account in less than 24 hours without any prior notification or warning. I've emailed them, but they are not providing any proper information on where I violated their policy. I use Mailsuite primarily to keep my inbox organized and to track my email productivity. One of the features I particularly appreciate is the simplicity of the tool, which allows me to install a Gmail extension without needing to go back and forth to check on things. This extension is a simple Chrome extension that automatically tracks whenever I send an email, making it an integral part of my workflow. Additionally, Mailsuite provides a dashboard that delivers email productivity reports, giving me valuable insights into how well my emails are performing. The overall ease of setup for Mailsuite stands out to me as well, as it felt like a quick plug-and-play solution with no hassle.
