What do you like best about The Job Sauce?

Eric at the The Job Sauce did a tremendous job in guiding me through the interview process of a company which I ultimately took a role with. He also followed up several times after my start date to check in on my experiences thus far. The Job Sauce also provided a new hire success coach that worked with me several times after my start date to ensure I was set up for success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Job Sauce?

They have been willing to help me in tangential areas to their core function, such as assisting in onboarding my in-house recruiter and sharing tips on hiring the team of the future with our supervisors. They are experts in their field and take customer service to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Job Sauce?

I am struggling to find a dislike. I have had some awful experiences with recruiters and they really set the bar high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I would highly recommend using the Job Sauce to help you add talent to your organization."

What do you like best about The Job Sauce?

Interviewing skills and domain knowledge:

They are excellent at applying knowledge gained from interviewing hiring managers and matching it to their deep knowledge of the hiring pool. This results in Job Sauce surfacing highly qualified candidates that you will be excited about.

Strong work ethic and agility:

Scott and his team work smart, but working hard is clearly in the DNA of Job Sauce. When dealing with a difficult position or some ambiguity, they put their heads down and grind until they succeed or get enough data to justify a change in strategy.

A joy to work with:

Beyond their success in filling many key positions at our company, Scott and his team are a great group of people I genuinely enjoy working with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Job Sauce?

I've yet to run into a downside. I couldn't recommend them more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Job Sauce?

Me: “I want to make sure you heard me correctly, I said Top 10, not Top 10%, as in we’re looking for 1 of the best 10 possible people for this job.”

Scott: “Hold my beer.”

They say never to trust a skinny chef…unless of course that chef is a ripped maestro hunter gatherer of talent spinning up delectable field-to-table meals. Enter Scott and Eric @thejobsauce. In my experience, people use the word “recruiter” casually as if they are all the same. Those same people probably butter their toast with Land O Lakes instead of Kerrygold – monsters. If you can’t tell the difference in quality or don’t care to find out, these guys aren’t worth it either, just hire the first dial-for-dollars recruiter you find and move on.

If, however, you’re still reading and curious what the best tastes like, you’re in the right aisle. It’s a simple decision. Your people are your business, and nothing else matters. Nothing. You want better creative work? Hire better creative people. You want better sales? Hire better salespeople. You want a strong work ethic culture? Hire people with strong worth ethic. And if you can't hire well, find someone who can help.

Scott and Eric are hands down the strongest professional recruiters I’ve worked with. I could tell you it’s their deep sourcing, their efficient screening, their well-oiled process, their expert closing tactics, their fair negotiations, their client coaching, their immediate follow-up, their candidness, their right-freaking-now responsiveness (it is all those things), but great, not good, great recruiting is only possible if the recruiters can recruit people better than themselves and better than their client can imagine – they can, they did for us, and they will for you. What do you dislike about The Job Sauce?

No downside. Hire them if you believe A+ players are worth 10X B+ players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
