Tyler Kosik, from The Job Sauce reached out to me on LinkedIn when I was actively looking for a new role, and presented an opportunity for a role. After speaking with him I was scheduled for a first round interview the next day and from there Tyler shared interview feedback and the company's timeline with me. From my first conversation with the Job Sauce to an official offer was 10 business days. I really appreciated the straightforward approach TJS leveraged. I felt heard when expressing what I wanted in a company. They were also honest and direct with the opportunities and my potential fit for them. They were supportive through the hiring process and even followed up with a chance to meet with a career coach. As a hiring manager, TJS was an excellent recruiting partner. They proactively sought feedback throughout the hiring process to refine their criteria. All candidates presented were high quality, including the candidate I ultimately hired. (The candidate went on to exceed our already high expectations!)
