InkWell is browser-based tattoo booking and studio management software for UK artists and studios. It brings public studio and artist pages, portfolios, tattoo enquiries, private client conversations, quotes and artist calendars into one workspace. Clients can share an idea, references, placement, approximate size, budget and preferred dates without creating an account. The team reviews the brief, discusses the quote and books the session they agree. Sending an enquiry, saving a quote and collecting a payment are separate actions. Released tools include deposits, full payments and balances through Stripe; optional digital waivers with health questionnaires, encrypted health answers and staff review; email reminders and follow-ups; reporting; team roles; branding and custom domains; optional 3D placement guides; and merchandise when enabled. Every paid plan includes every released feature and unlimited non-artist staff at one location. Plans differ by active artist capacity. InkWell takes no commission on new payments; Stripe processing fees are separate. Set up your account and prepare your page privately without a card or a required call. Publishing, new enquiries and new payment collection require the normal subscription, verification and readiness checks.
