**What do you like best about the Hotelier?**

Largely we have used it for managing and cancelling the bookings, it has worked for us well in defining the budgets, maintaining the balance sheets, and controlling the spends.

**What do you dislike about the Hotelier?**

Large set of product is very much dependent on other product integrations, integrations connectors are weak no product support. You have to figure out by your own only.

**What problems is the Hotelier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hotelier is solving the budget controlling, expense management, bookings management, and complete end to end hotel management through its easy to use platform.

The fact that I no longer have to be on location for day to day management tasks

I havent used it long enough to run into any roadblocks as of yet

**What problems is the Hotelier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to be on site to deal with common issues associated with running a mom and pop location
