The Holiday Tracker is an affordable, easy-to-use online staff holiday and absence management system designed for UK businesses, particularly small and medium-sized companies looking for a simpler alternative to spreadsheets or complex HR software. Employees can request holidays online, managers can approve or decline requests, and shared team calendars make it easy to see who's off and avoid scheduling conflicts. Holiday entitlements are calculated automatically, including allowances for part-time employees, starters, leavers and public holidays. The system also includes sickness absence tracking, custom absence types and reporting tools. Available through web browsers and mobile apps, The Holiday Tracker offers straightforward pricing, a 7-day free trial and friendly UK-based customer support.
