What do you dislike about The FTW Transcriber? Occasionally on longer files, it can be choppy. The formating can take a little getting used to. I like the recent update which allows PowerPoint slides to be shown in the software's interface at the moment they are placed on a respondent's screen during a recorded audio. I find it really useful to be able to just click on the smaller screenshot it displays and instantly refer to the document to help my understand words or phrases that I can't quite discern.
