Initially, I wasn’t a sure about communicating solely via email, but they ended up being very responsive, and we had a call at the end to review everything. I think it would be helpful to add another option (for an additional fee, perhaps) where someone could step in after the basic structure is complete to assist with the actual content that needs to go on the website.
