What really stands out is their customer support and how easy it is to set-up and use. TDAW's support team is always quick to respond any time we’ve had questions.

**What do you dislike about The Director's Assistant?**

We're in the TDAW system daily and we can't find any major complaints. Looking forward to future improvements!

**What problems is The Director's Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up with our long history of preserving obituaries for the families, helping track pre-need accounts, and in general TDAW keeps our day organized.

The price is reasonable and affordable, worth the cost. We rarely have errors and their support team is always quick to assist.
