The Call Guy sends voicemail campaigns for dealerships and service businesses across Canada. You write one script and record it in your voice or your team’s. Every lead on your list gets a voicemail they can listen to on their own time: a message for each lead that greets them by name, or one take for everyone. Each campaign comes with its own local number. It’s the caller ID on your voicemails and follow-up texts, and the line customers call and text back. Calls and replies land in one Inbox, and leads can go straight to your CRM. A person on our team reviews every campaign before it sends. Dealerships use it for service-due reminders, lease-end, private sales and win-back. In one dealership’s first three campaigns, 736 of 911 voicemails were delivered (81%), 77 people from the lists called the campaign line, and 127 leads went to the store’s CRM. Pricing is prepaid credits, from $0.55 to $1.10 per delivered voicemail, plus GST/HST. A credit is spent only when a voicemail is delivered, misses come back as credits, and credits last 12 months.
