Best for compliance, risk, governance and IT professionals who want practical, self-paced training and self-assessment tools tied to the standards they work with. The Art of Service has published professional training and self-assessment material since 2000. The Art of Service Academy brings it together: free professional courses on Mastery with graded quizzes and certificates of applied competence, paid courses on the Academy, and self-assessment toolkits that let a team score its own practice against a standard, question by question. Courses and toolkits cover frameworks and disciplines such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, ITIL, COBIT, risk management, project management and AI governance, and are written to be used at work, not only studied. Free courses and certificates on Mastery; paid courses and toolkits are priced individually.
