Automated and bulk emailing from TAM is one of our most popular features, but it sounds like you might not have configured the "automated" part of that yet. On your TAM Desktop, go to Setup > Event Triggers, to see how you can automate all sorts of emails based on events like "Failing" at a certain workflow step. As you already know, keeping that warm & fuzzy communication, even with your dispositioned candidates is crucial to an open and friendly recruiting process, and our Event Triggers can help you do that without all the extra effort or risk of forgetting. We are hosting monthly webinars to expand your use of our features and we hope you have been able to attend or will be able to in the future! As for emailing, TAM does work with your browser's auto-fill, so any common addresses should populate as you type.
