I have been a TAM user for nearly 5 years now and have been very pleased with this ATS. TAM is a well organized, efficient and reliable platform which makes for a streamlined recruitment process. It is easy to post to multiple job boards in one quick step which is a definite time saver. You can customize in accordance with the specific needs of the organization. Given that our hiring is highly seasonal, it would be nice if it was possible to freeze the service during months when we are not hiring in order to save money. However, other than that I do not have any complaints at this moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The format of TAM is very easy to navigate. It is to the point, and offers many features to assist you in your hiring process. My favorite thing about TAM is that when you post a position, you have the option to post on several job pages at once, as well as an automatic repost option, and instructions on how to post craigslist manually.
